History 2004:

GNHAMA Fall Conference 2004
 "Soaring to new heights in access services"


Was held at thsoaring   eaglee beautiful Eagle Crest Resort which is located in central Oregon on October 28th and 29th, 2004. The conference was well attended and the speakers did excellent presentations. Everyone that attended came away very satisfied and full of ideas to change the way they do things in regards to customer service, management style, and the revenue cycle.

Guest speakers were:

   Jennifer Webster PhD, who is the principal of Business Strategies Inc. which provides consulting services in the areas of team and leadership development. Her topic was "Forget Delighting the Customer - Let's Amaze Them!"

   Susan Ponce, from Presbyterian Community Hospital in Whittier California. With 21 years of experience related to the healthcare revenue cycle. Her topic was "Implementing a Proactive Upfront Collections System".

   Diana Kilinski, Management Consultant for Life Era, EAP and United Behavioral Health. She is a licensed professional counselor and work-life coach. Her topic was “Survival Guide for Managing Difficult People".

   Tary Kaylor, from Provider Advantage. Her topic was “Tools to Use at the Point of Registration to Improve Cash Flow".
